Cyber Security Manager – GRC & Risk

Location: Dublin
Type: Permanent
Salary: €85,000 – €105,000

A regulated, technology-led organisation is building out its security governance function and is hiring a Cyber Security Manager to support and run day-to-day GRC, risk, and compliance activities across the business.

The Role

• Operate and maintain the organisation’s GRC platform (risk registers, controls, reporting)

• Support security risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives

• Act as a local security contact for Dublin-based teams

• Assist with incident response coordination and post-incident reviews

• Support BCP / DR governance and resilience planning

• Help roll out security policies, standards, and awareness initiatives

• Work with cloud and engineering teams to embed security controls into delivery

Experience

• 4–7 years in information security, IT risk, compliance, or GRC roles

• Working knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, NIST

• Experience supporting audits and security assessments

• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Clear, practical approach to documentation and reporting

Nice to Have

• Experience with GRC tools or compliance platforms

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Certifications such as ISO 27001, CISM, CRISC, or similar
